Dave McGonigal, a Teacher at Williamsburg PS, recently held a lively bagpipe performance outside Taunton Mills Retirement Home in Whitby. Keeping his distance from those inside, McGonigal says he wanted to lift the spirits of the people living and working in the building, during this difficult time of self-isolation.
